Simple leveling test of confrontation and sagging properties of paints in the period between the application and drying. This test is performed by using an applicator, made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, to test leveling and sagging.

 

Leveling tester:

BGD 226 leveling tester: it is designed to determine the relative leveling of liquid coating materials before the treatment in the laboratory. It conforms to ASTM D2801-1994. It is made of stainless steel with a straight scraper with 5 pairs of notches of increasing depth from 100 ~ 1000μm (or 250 ~ 4000μm). Main technical parameters:

BGD 225 Tester to determine the product sagging, constructed in accordance with the standards of ASTM D 4400 and ASTM D 373. They are made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, the width of application is 75 mm in thickness of 6mm to sagging, the gaps are separated by a space of 1 mm as a mark on each failure to the distinctive identification of each failure. They are applicable to determine the relative sagging resistance of a series of products to provide the technical parameters for the application of paint on site. Main technical parameters:
